Let Sleeping Dogs…
When things get a bit too much and you’ve got a bit confused, retreat to the kitchen and look a little distressed; it often gets you a treat. Especially if you lie where people with food are likely to trip over you.
Another image from a pet photography shoot with puppy-dog Baxter, who just wanted to retreat a little from the world. This was taken with a long telephoto lens to give him a little space, and at f/2.8 to get a very shallow depth of field, so as not to include too much of the kitchen units in the background.
Please see my gallery pages if you’d like to purchase any of these images (note that not all the images seen in my portfolios can necessarily be offered for sale, particularly portraits).
