For online purchase, I accept any of the major United Kingdom credit and debit card types through Paypal UK. You don’t have to have a Paypal account to use Paypal itself though – you will just be presented with a card details screen like any other online payment method you might use. The only advantage to actually having an account is that your payment process will be a bit more streamlined.
Credit Card and Debit Card Payments
I am now able to accept payments by credit card and debit card through the Paypal Here system. This facility will be available for purchases through my gallery and will also be available to make immediate payments on location, if that is your preference. An electronic invoice and receipt can be emailed or texted to you immediately if you choose this payment method. (Please note that payments through my gallery will be acknowledged within one working day).
Other Methods of Payment
If you wish to use other methods of payment, personal cheques and bank transfer are also acceptable, or cash if you wish to pay when I am on location at your home or place of business. Please contact me for my bank details if you wish to use online money transfer. Electronic invoices and receipts can be generated on request for cash, bank transfer and cheque payments and can be delivered via email or text.
Online Purchases, and Offline or Bespoke Orders
With online purchase of items, you will receive an an itemised receipt via email confirming the details of your order. Payment may be made immediately, but you should allow up to 20 working days before receiving your order for bespoke items (except for electronic downloads, where you should allow 1 working day). Note that album contruction can take considerably longer.
For bespoke orders or orders that require construction, assembly or collection (for instance, frames, signature mounts, albums, any set of items that includes prints). I will send a Paypal invoice to your supplied email address when your order ready for delivery. This indicates that your order items are with me, or I have completed their construction and that I am waiting on final payment before delivery.
Important – Orders over £150.00
It should be noted that for any order more than £150.00, I will generally require an initial deposit of one third of the total amount for which you have been quoted, for which I will send out a deposit invoice. Payment of the deposit invoice is taken on my part as an indication that you wish to go ahead with the final construction, production or assembly of your item (as applicable). You will be sent a final invoice for the outstanding amount when your item(s) are ready for delivery.
As above, the final invoice should be taken as an indication that I am waiting on your final payment before your order is sent out.
In all cases, invoices are either issued via Paypal and may be completed online (as above, you will not need a Paypal ccount to complete your purchase) or will be sent to you in the post. You should generally allow 10 – 15 business days before receiving your order, which also allows for construction/ printing time.
